Cathmawr Maine Coons

GIP  ROZEECOONZ HIAWATHA

born 21.09.2002

Tiny was our first Maine Coon and although not a kitten when we had him he endeared us to Maine Coons and is leader of the pack. He and Black Ice, Al, are great friends and often play together, but on Tiny's terms. No one says no to Tiny!

Tiny has attained a certificate at every show he has attended and in June 2006, at a two day show, attained two more to become a Grand International Premier.  He is now officially retired and will spend his spare time at home with his family.  At one of his shows he won the prize for the longest whiskers!

He is a big softie and we love him to bits.  He was great with the first litter of kittens, once he realised that they were in fact tiny cats.  The second time round it has not been such a shock to him.

GIP ROZEECOONZ BLACK ICE

born 16.02.2004

Al  came  to  us  at  13 weeks, as a wide eyed, cheeky, loving kitten who was into everything. At his first show he was Best Kitten and achieved BIV in the Junior class a few months later. He is now a Grand International Premier and working his way towards becoming a European Premier, and we are very proud of him.  Now that Tiny has retired Al has been doing the show circuit with his nephew Llewellyn or, before she had her kittens, his niece, Violet.

He has developed into a strong, muscular boy, although he is still very much a cheeky little cat at heart.  He loves to play with the kittens, although he is a bit over enthausiastic at times. All in all he feels that he has proved a first class male role model and still tries to teach  his juniors a trick or two.

CAP CATHMAWR LLEWELLYN

born 13.04.06

At Llewellyn;s last show in October 2007. He achieved Best Male Neuter on two consecutive days.

At home he answers to the name Lou Lou, which suits him quite well.  He has grown into a really big muscalar boy with strong boning and a lovely coat. He  has  a very  gentle  nature and is soft and affectionate.  He loves water taps and just has to gnaw them. Lou is still very playful but is now more "one of the boys"  When Violet's  kittens  were small he enjoyed playing with them and generally being "helpful".
